Rachel Maxcy: Rachel is a Talent Acquisition Consultant (and Certified Career Strategist with the Career Professionals of Canada) with over 10 years of experience in community engagement, coaching, and recruitment. She is the ultimate connector and is passionate about connecting talent to long-term and sustainable careers. She currently worked as a Recruiter at Unbounce, while supporting talent connections through Girl Gang and the Women in Tech Regatta.
Kristin Vandegriend: Kristin is the founder of Career Story where she has helped hundreds of her clients successfully transition to work they love. She has a background in HR and is a trusted career advisor and expert in job search marketing and communications (aka she has written a lot of resumes.) She gets fired up about helping her clients uncover their strengths and communicate to get what they want in the workplace.
