Cipher presents: Snowday, a 12-hour hackathon on December 16th.

At a hackathon, people come together and use technology/coding to build projects, transforming ideas into reality.

Students from all over the GTA will meet at Brampton City Hall for free food, prizes, workshops, and loads of other things you don't want to miss out on.

We're facilitating an environment for beginner & experienced coders alike.

If you have never coded before, this event is for you! We're offering the option to add a hand-picked mentor to your team -- someone who has experience with hackathons and coding. You'll work with them to create something amazing.

If you are a seasoned veteran, Snowday is perfect for you! Make a dope project, share your experiences with others, win prizes and more.

Teams are limited to four members. If you request a mentor, they count as one of those four slots.

What you need to bring: a laptop and your excitement

TL;DR: 12 hours. Free food. Coding. Creation. Prizes.
