Copenhackathon

Join a 2-day hackathon in Copenhagen for programmers of all kinds!

The idea is simple. To participate, you should either:

    1. Bring an idea or a project and invite others to hack it to the next level

    – or –

    2. Just show up willing to join in on a project that some else has brought

You should join this event to:

    • Get a head start on that thing you’ve forever been wanting to build
    • Get inspired by someone’s idea and start building it immediately
    • Spend two days together with other hackers to network and make friends
    • Put your programming idea “out there” and form a team around it to execute it
    • Gain experience by working together with other people on a programming project

The event is free and will include some refreshments, courtesy of the awesome 23.

Saturday, we'll start at 9:30 AM with a joint welcoming session where ideas/projects will be presented, after which we divide into groups depending on which project you wish to work on. With a few check-ins during the day, we keep going until 8:00 PM, where we'll say goodnight (though the venue will be open until midnight if anyone wish to keep working).

Sunday, we start up again at 9:30 AM to a quick status update from the groups, and then continue where we left off, until at 5:00 PM we meet up to present and demo our projects for each other before the event ends at 6:00 PM.

As a participant you are expected to be part of the event from start to end. Please bring your laptop and a charger!

Copenhackathon is a privately arranged open hackathon by Kalle Kabell and Tobias Due Munk,  where everyone with a passion for programming is invited.
