Creative mindfulness @house of smart, March 12th

Pause for a moment. As technological advances speed up, why is it important for us to slow down? When pressure is relieved, creativity flourishes and the changes we desire can start to take place. So how can we stop to remember why we’re doing what we do, and make the magic happen — and how do we apply it to life, work and relationships?
