CSG International is hosting our first hackathon February 5th - 6th. Participants will be eligible for prizes and multiple raffle awards.
Participants have opportunity to register individually and paired into teams (max of three per team) or you can register your team of up to three participants.
Teams will compete to create an innovative solution for a problem that will be announced during the 1.5-hour kick-off February 5th.
The 11-hour hackathon will be hosted at CSG International’s West Dodge location February 6th. Meals, snacks, and plenty of beverages including energy drinks will be provided during this event.
Participants:
Will be able to create solutions in any language.
Must provide their own devices and tools (BYOL - Bring Your Own Laptop)
Feb 5th: 1.5-hour Kick-Off Event
- 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm: Challenge Details Provided, Team Selection, and Prize Overview
- 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm: Network with Peers and CSG Leadership & Snacks
Feb 6th: 11-hour Hackathon Event
- 7:00 am - 6:00 pm: Challenge Begins
- 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm: Team Demo & Judging
- 8:00 pm - 9:30 pm: Award Ceremony & Final Thoughts
Cash prizes and awards to be provided.
- 1st Place Team: $2,100 / $700 each
- 2nd Place Team: $1,500 / $500 each
- 3rd Place Team: Each member recieves an iPad mini 32gb
- All participants will have chance to win gift cards, t-shirts, and more for participating

FAQs
Do I need to be an active college student to participate?
Yes, competition is dedicated to active enrolled students only.
Will CSG provide any hardware equipment?
No, we ask that all participants to please provide their own computers and servers.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We will accept either the printed ticket or the registration via the phone app
How many individuals can participate on one team?
Teams will be maxed at three members
