Ctrl Alt Delete Hate Hackathon

Hacktivists Unite participants, you have come to the right place! We have joined forces with Ctrl Alt Delete Hate to bring you the ultimate in social impact hackathons:

Ctrl Alt Delete Hate is a hackathon, powered by AngelHack and ThoughtWorks, Code For A Cause, Tech Stands Up and We Persist, designed to leverage the power of people and technology to fight bigotry, hate, racism, and any forces seeking to divide humanity. We believe that the technology community has a responsibility to organize and utilize our collective skills and resources to protect and serve a unified, peaceful and inclusive society.

Who can attend Ctrl Alt Delete Hackathon?
Anyone can attend Ctrl Alt Delete Hackathon. All races, religions, genders, sexual orientations and political persuasions are welcome. We believe that everyone has something to contribute to the conversation, and making change through technology. AngelHack specifically will mobilize our global community of developers, designers and entrepreneurs, but anyone is welcome.

What are the challenges?

The challenges will focus on creating technology-driven solutions to fight hate. We will work with nonprofit and social impact partners to define challenges that can best leverage technology to have a real, immediate impact on fighting hate and bigotry, with a focus on serving those most disproportionately affected by hateful speech, action and legislation.
