The demand for data science is increasing so quickly, it is predicted that by the end of this year, there will be a 50% gap in supply of data scientists versus demand. This data science networking session will connect you to like-minded individuals, industry professionals, potential partners / internship prospects, and may even give you a fresh perspective of this sector! We are Code Gakko, a Coding Academy present in Singapore and the Philippines that aims to provide children and youths with the opportunity to learn Computer Science (CS), regardless of their socio-economic status or school performance, and expose students to Computer Science in order to learn the skills necessary to seize opportunities in this digital world. What is this event about? This data science networking session will be a segment of ASPIREAlpha, our 2-Day Data Science Boot Camp. This boot camp aims to provide students from the Southeast Asia region with the opportunity learn more about Data Science, as well as participate in a team-based hackathon.
