EESTech Challenge is the students international competition organized by EESTEC (Electrical Engineering Students European assoCiation). It aims to create opportunities for European students to gain knowledge in the fields of EECS and develop a professional network. Competition is organized in 2 phases, Local Rounds and the Final Round. This year, students from 20 different cities and universities will participate, and winning teams will compete in the Final Round that will be held in Munich. EESTech challenge Ljubljana is one of the 20 local rounds. The topic of the competition changes annually and this year’s area of focus is INTERNET OF THINGS. More specificaly the goal of the competition is to try to solve the problems surrounding student environment and make it more appealing --> Smart University Applications of IoT.
