Come out from March 18th-20th for 3-days of non-stop hacking, creative problem solving, and rapid venture development at the University of Alberta eHUB’s 1st Hackathon. Whether you’re a student in computer science, engineering, design, or business, there will be ample opportunity to lend your skillset to bringing a project to life!

This year’s theme is simple: solving problems with technology.

The eHUB Hackathon will revolve around building technological solutions to issues ranging from business needs to social conundrums. Participants will have the option of joining a wide range of high-potential eHUB teams. Oh, did we mention there’s catering?

The weekend will culminate in demos, evaluation from a panel of judges, and, of course, prizes! High-performing groups will have a chance to secure summer-long internships to execute on their idea with organizations such as Alberta TechWorks and the University of Alberta Senate or with start-ups including CONNECTIA, EveryRole, FitSet, Intelife, and Tablespace.

Register today for a caffeine-fuelled weekend bursting with start-up energy!
