Leveraging Game Meat for a Sustainable, Healthy, & Ecologically Sound Food Source
German techies and professionals in the Food Sector! The DIL German Institute for Food Technology invites you to participate in the EIT FOOD MAKEathon - from forest to fork - Online and Presence. You'll be part of an event focused on the promotion and increased consumption of game meat (venison). Due to Covid-19, only 12 participants will be on-site, while keynote speeches, team meetings with experts, and pitching will be online. You will be challenged to create product concepts and business models to address one or both of the following:
- Ways to promote game meat as healthy, sustainable, and ecologically-sound
- New products or applications better tailored to the market.
