For the second year in a row, we will hold an interactive planning session this year focused on a “procurement strategy” discussion by all EXPO attendees. Attendees will be split into workgroups mixed with Corporate/Municipal/Government Leaders, Tribal Leaders, Tribal Enterprises and our American Indian/Alaska Native businesses to address and provide input for strategic solutions resulting from the evolution in procurement processes.
Each workgroup will select their own spokesperson to present their ideas to the EXPO as a whole. From this
planning workshop we will develop a “talking paper for success.”
