Facial Recognition Hackathon 2019

Organized by

It's time once again for the 5th annual TXSTHack! This year, we're putting together 8 teams of Communication Design, Computer Science, and Business students to work together on solving a problem using Facial Recognition and Augmented Reality! If you've put dog ears on your face with SnapChat filters, you've got the idea :) Both days, we'll have industry experts available to you as mentors on Day 1 and Judges on Day 2. We take over the 3rd floor of the Art Building, play loud music, drink lots of coffee and have a ton of fun. For an idea of what went on at previous year's events, check out #txsthack on Instagram and Twitter.   Each team will be made up of 2 ComDes, 2 Computer Science, and 2 Business students. If you have a team already or if you would like to be put on a team with your friends, sign up first, then email gl16@txstate.edu with who you want to be placed with.
