Tickets to the gala are available at logisticshackathon.be/register Important information No-show fee All registrations are subject to a €50.00 no-show fee per attendee. In case of cancellation, you will be charged the no-show fee. Registering your team When registering as a thinker, make sure you use the "Team" feature to register when you are prompted to choose between "Individual" or "Team". Teams consist of 3 - 5 people. If you register individual tickets or a team for 1 or 2 people, you will team up with other attendees at the event itself. After creating a team on Eventbrite, you can still add registrants to your team until the event is sold out. People who previously registered individually can still join a team afterwards. Company teams To ensure a diverse pool of innovations, 1 team of 3-5 people is allowed to register as Thinkers to participate in the hackathon per company. Tickets voor het gala kunnen gereserveerd worden op logisticshackathon.be/register Belangrijke informatie No-show fee Voor alle registraties geldt een no-show fee van €50,00 per ticket. In geval van annulatie van je ticket, zal de no-show fee aangerekend worden. Je team registreren Voor thinkers: zorg er zeker voor dat je gebruik maakt van de "Team"-functionaliteit bij het boeken van je tickets als je met een team wil deelnemen. Je zal gevraagd worden te kiezen tussen "Indiviual" of "Team". Teams bestaan uit 3 - 5 mensen. Als je individuele tickets bestelt of een team met 1 of 2 leden samenstelt, zal je tijdens de hackthon samen met andere aanwezigen een team vormen. Na aanmaak van een team, kunnen er op later tijdstip nog leden aan toegevoegd worden tot het evenement uitverkocht is. Mensen die eerst individueel registreerden, kunnen ook nog aan je team worden toegevoegd.
