FIVR Hackathon
It's the time for the first FIVR hackathon! FIVR hackathon is a weekend long event for virtual reality and augmented reality enthusiasts to share ideas and come together to craft experiences with the latest VR platforms and gadgets.
The weekend starts with idea creation moving on to collaborating in small teams on your chosen topic together with other VR/AR developers and designers. At the end of the weekend we will present and enjoy the projects created during the hackathon and get to try out other teams creations.
TOPICS
You are completely free to hack whatever you want during the weekend! However, we also have some topics provided by event partners and organizations.

If you have your own topic in mind, we encourage you to pitch it during the topic presentations on Friday.
What to bring?
Bring your own working platforms, laptops, tablets, VR gear, crayons and whatever you believe you will need during the event. We provide you with WLAN, working space for the weekend and some food and drink to keep you going.
Our hackathon is well located in the heart of Helsinki within the reach of public transportation so you should have no problem venturing to and from the hub as we close down for the night between 00:00am-09:00 am.
