LegalFAB’s Contract Automation and Blockchain Tools LegalFAB is reimagining the delivery of legal services and the way businesses transact. Their solutions allow law firms and businesses to streamline the drafting process, enhance collaboration, and better manage transaction workflow on a distributed ledger platform. LegalFAB will also soon be launching their new blockchain solution that provides secure collaboration with tracked sharing of intellectual property, and an immutable record of transaction details for use in performance monitoring and dispute resolution. Earlier this year, LegalFAB won the TechLaw.Fest Hackathon organised by the Singapore Academy of Law and Personal Data Protection Commission of Singapore with its blockchain-based ID verification and digital signing solution. Speaker Profile Chris Powell is Co-Founder and Head of Business Development at LegalFAB. Previous to joining the company, he spent nearly eight years in the banking industry in Asia, in both investment banking advisory and financial markets sales roles. He holds an MBA with distinction from the New York University Stern School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
