Einstein Ntim is a leading influencer within startup development networks from Silicon Valley to Africa. As the founder of 2 healthcare startups Bloomer (which leverages exponential technologies to tackle disease) and Enabled International (which leverages AI robotics to digitize data systems in hospitals)- Einstein was able to amass several partners from Singularity, Draper and other silicon valley based groups and launch platforms that support entrepreneurs from emerging markets. Prior to his work in the USA, Einstein completed a career in banking (UBS, Statestreet), authorship (writer of “A New Way”), military (UK), business (care home manager), ministry (Methodist Church minister) and professional sports (National Rugby Squad) in cities within London, China and India. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics (LSE).

Mike Grandinetti has a unique cross-disciplinary background. He has deep operating experience as a serial venture capital – backed entrepreneur across five very successful ventures, was involved as an early team member in the launch of several successful new businesses within Hewlett-Packard, holds long-standing faculty appointments at MIT’s Sloan School of Management and the Technical University of Denmark Center for Technology, Economics and Management and has been deeply involved in regional and national economic development, with a distinct focus on global entrepreneurial coaching and enablement, innovation policy and innovation cluster acceleration, as well as advanced technology commercialization and tech transfer, in the US, Canada, and Europe. He also served as a senior management consultant with McKinsey, the world’s premiere strategy consultancy. As a serial entrepreneur, Mike was involved in the formation of 7 advanced technology start-ups and has helped lead five venture-backed start-up companies to successful exits ( twice a multiple exit) for his VC investors, inlcuding 2 NASDAQ IPOs and 5 high multiple trade sales to strategics. He currently serves as a Senior Advisor to numerous global start-ups and VC firms across the IT, med tech and clean tech sectors and is Managing Director of StartupNEXT Boston and a Community Impact Fellow with OpenIDEO.
Andrea E McGrath is a relationship driven, systems-level thinker with deep, cross-sector experience helping organizations ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies to strengthen and scale business models, assess and launch new initiatives, clarify value propositions and positioning, and develop new knowledge and insights. Andrea is the founder of amplified impact, a strategic advisory and research firm working both independently and in partnership with colleague organizations in the field of social change for the past decade.She has also collaborated extensively with centers of social enterprise and management at Duke University, Yale University, Harvard Business School, and the Harvard Kennedy School. Andrea began her career as a fundraiser, then earned an MBA and joined a global Fortune 500 financial services organization, working as a consultant to both internal teams and select clients in global operations, worldwide marketing, and competitive intelligence. Andrea earned her BA from Boston College, MBA from the University of Connecticut, and MPA from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
