GAPPS TLF36: Rethinking how we do projects
Register for the GAPPS project hackathon at our upcoming Thought Leadership Forum. Share your ideas, energy, and insights to challenge current practice and design project futures.
Combining open discussion and workshops, the Thought Leadership Forum brings together academics and practitioners with diverse experiences to share their knowledge and collaborate to build open source tools. Delegates pitch their ideas in a flexible program addressing gaps at their organisation or use their expertise to assist others. All tools are open sourced and available free to the wider project management community.
Workshops are followed by dinners strengthening relationships with delegates in a jovial atmosphere while enjoying great food and wine at some of Sydney's best restaurants.
Workshops flow across Thursday 13 and Friday 14 October 2016–delegates are encouraged to attend both days.
GAPPS–the Global Alliance for the Project Professions is a unique alliance of government, industry, professional associations, national qualification bodies and training/academic institutions that have been working together since 2003 to help practitioners and organisations make sense of the many standards and certifications available globally to guide the management of projects.
This event is organised by the University of Sydney's Project Management Program.
The GAPPS Thought Leadership Forum is supported by the Australian Institute of Project Managers (AIPM).
