This year, the Toronto node of the Global Legal Hackathon will take place between March 6th and 8th, 2020 at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
Participants will get to apply their legal know-how and programming skills to solve legal challenges in three broad categories: (a) Private benefit (business and practice of law), (b) Public benefit (good government, legal systems and access to justice), and (c) inclusivity.
More information on the challenges can be found at https://globallegalhackathon.com/. Winners from the Toronto node will participate in the online semi-final round. Winners of the semi-final round win a subsidized trip to London, England to participate in the global finals.
