The Challenges

• Passenger rail: How can we offer a seamless travel experience for everyone? How can we bring life to stations?
• Rail freight: How can we show the benefits of rail freight over road freight? How can we provide the most accurate information about rail freight capacities?

Prizes

The winning teams will win:

• A cash prize from the 10,000€-prize pool
• An invitation to showcase their solution at European Year of Rail events
• The possibility of working with Siemens Mobility or other Shift2Rail Members to further develop their winning idea for market deployment

The hackathon is open to everyone that is willing to innovate within a team!

Teams must be comprised of 2 to 5 people (registrations are individual).
