Hack 4 Good Springfield: #HackPoverty
Register your team for the very first Hack 4 Good Springfield event, where you will be competing to build out a mobile application focused on assisting the area's homeless community. Teams consisting of designers and developers (front-end and back-end) will compete to create a mobile-friendly web application that 1) connects the homeless to vital resources and 2) connects volunteers in real time to meet the needs of the homeless community.
Recommended team size: 3-5 people. We encourage you to register now, then gather your team together by Dec. 6. Don't have a team? No problem! We'll help. Students and professionals are ALL WELCOME!
YOU OR A TEAM REPRESENTATIVE ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE IN AS MANY INFORMATION SESSIONS AS POSSIBLE BEFORE THE HACK. The more you know, the better your app will be!
