Hack-a-Dream
For the first time ever in the history of Sahyadri College of Engineering and Management DTLabz will be conducting Hack-a-Dream, an event in which computer/electronics/engineering geeks sweat it out for 12 hours and develop a working prototype of their innovation and creativity. As a part of this year’s activities, we are launching Hack-a-Dream as one of the flagship event of DTlabz.
This edition of Hack-a-Dream will be a Hardware Hack. The event will be an overnight event, expected to stretch for over 12 hours. The teams are expected to present their hacks for about 2 to 5 minutes in front of a panel of judges from corporates and academia. The hacks which are the most innovative, creative and out of the box will be judged on the same.
Only Sahyadrians allowed for this event.

Terms of participation of the event
1. Entry is undertaken by individuals only and no individual may enter the Hackathon in their capacity as a member of a team. All interested individuals may only register on this website and not before or during the event.
2. All registered individuals will only be allowed to participate in the event after producing the signed copy of the 'Parent/Guardian Consent Form' attached below.
3. The participation fee of Rs.500 shall be paid while submitting the 'Parent/Guardian Consent Form' before 16, September 2016 [Friday] 1200pm.
3. Dinner and snacks shall be provided by DTLabz to the participants of the event.
4. All participants are highly encouraged to bring their own laptops (power points shall be provided).
5. Basic boards like, Arduino Uno and Raspberry Pi shall be available to be borrowed from DTLabz at the event, the participant may bring in any additional hardware if interested.
6. Basic electronic components will be available during the event, these numbers shall be limited; the participants are free to bring in components of their own accord.
7. All participants should strictly adhere to the college dress codes throughout the hackathon.
