HACKACTION Greater Seattle Hackathon 2018

Full Stack Developers and Absolute Beginners alike, come join us and discover new ways to think outside of the box. Meet new people, develop an idea that will spark innovation, and turn it into reality. Can you create something innovative in 24-hours? Come find out at this hackathon.

Food and Drinks will be provided for the entire 24-hour hackathon event.

New developers welcome! We will be hosting an intro to programming workshop at the beginning of our event to get you up to speed with the rest of the competitors.

Prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams of up to 5!

Day 1: Saturday

11:00am - Venue Opens (time for participants to meet new people and form teams)

12:00pm - Event and Leader Introductions and Team Pitches / Brainstorming

12:30pm - Begin Coding

12:30pm - Workshop #1: Intro to Programming

02:00pm - Lunch

04:00pm - Workshop #2: To Be Determined

05:00pm - Workshop #3: To Be Determined

06:00pm - Dinner

Day 2: Sunday

07:00am - Breakfast

08:00am - Presentation Sign Up

09:00am - Judges Arrive (Individual Preliminary Judging)

10:00am - Presentations

11:30am - Awards

12:00pm - Clean Up & Revert Venue back to Original State

12:30pm - Venue Closes
