Hackathon for Entrepreneurs

The Goal is to launch a startup with a system that can engage with customers. Most entrepreneurs fail because consumed so many time for product development without engaging with customers. Often entrepreneurs talk about how to raise the fund but less talk about how to create revenue. It's critical to understand it's almost impossible to get investment without having customer and revenue. Most importantly, having a product is not always necessary to build your customer and revenue.

In our hackathon, we will form a team and build a system that can engage with customers and make your startup ready for drive operations to build traction your investors waiting for.

1. Intro ( 10:00 am - 10:30 am )

2. Orientation ( 10:30 am - 10:45 am )

3. Idea Pitch ( 11:00 am - noon )
   3 minutes pitch for each entrepreneur
   
4. Team Up ( noon - 12:30 pm )
   Team up entrepreneurs and hackers evenly balanced.
   
5. Lunch & Customer Validation Workshop ( 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm )
   Mentor join lunch meeting and define your customer. The tweaking idea if necessary.
   
6. Growth Hack Workshop ( 1:30 pm - 2:30 pm )
