HackEDkc is a student hackathon where students are challenged to solve a problem in their home, school, or community through the use of technology. High school students (9th-12th) throughout the metro will have 24 hours to build their solution and will have 5 minutes to demo to a panel of judges. Work will be judged on technical efficacy, community impact, and innovation.
During the event, guest speakers will share information on User Experience Design, Being an IT Professional, Security, Virtual Reality Developer and more. Meals and drinks will be provided. Early registration secures a T-shirt.
