HackFEST is an all day Hackathon pumped up with DJs, drinks, eats and the spirit of the unexpected. No one in Toronto does it like this.

HackFEST 2016 is brought to you by Tract 9, Hand Eye Society, DevTO + Interwebs; and will centre around the theme of the wild, the unexpected, and the fun side of life, in short - playing games! Attendees can spend the day programming a collective app / website / program / game to that end, experimenting on their own projects, sharing ideas and even just observing the action. Also, if you want to bring robots to play with thats cool... Robots are cool. Just saying.

Creativity and community inspiration are the key focuses here and by no means do we want to tell you what or how to create.

We’ll have the space, cool people, free eats, free drinks, lights and sounds. Our goal is to provide you the inspiration to make the world a bit more unexpected and a better experience for each other.
