HackWitus is the first student run hackathon at Wentworth Institute of Technology (WIT). This is a 24 hour hackathon that will take place on March 25th to March 26th at Wentworth's Ira Allen Building. This event is made possible thanks to the Wentworth Computer Science Society, a chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery, along with support from many scholastic and administrative departments at WIT, Major League Hacking (MLH), and the generous sponsors that donated towards this event.
At HackWitus, our goal is to give participants meaningful experiences and great opportunities. Our mission is simple: to promote learning, creativity, and innovation through a supporting and collaborative environment.
As a HackWitus hacker, you will get the opportunity to learn about computer programming / hardware. In addition, you can learn how to apply your skills in a team competing for awesome prizes.
Throughout the event, we will be hosting multiple workshops, fun activities, and offer you the opportunity to network with various companies that helped sponsor this event.
