A half hack is not too dissimilar from the running event 5k run to a marathon. It allows you to experience a Hackathon atmosphere with your peers. If you’ve heard of a hackathon, it’s a much bigger deal and pretty intense with a technical push.  We’re here to spread learning, encourage sharing of knowledge, and more importantly increase your curiosity about technology!     WHAT WILL WE BE DOING AT THE HALLOWEEN HALF HACK for 13 hours? 4-H and TAMUHACK will help you learn code at your level of skill.  We'll be using Scratch and if you're more advanced, we'll have a training category for you too! Note To Parents:  All helpers will have a working with children background check.   WHO'S INVITED?
