Health Hackathon Weekend: Save Time, Save Lives

CIS is partnering with tech innovators No Moss in looking at digital solutions to help ease the burden on our healthcare system.

The Health Hackathon Weekend will see CIS host teams of coding experts and novices who will aim to design innovative apps to help solve problems like the extended waiting periods during peak times in hospital emergency departments.

On hand to inform and shape discussions will be healthcare professionals;

  • Dr Jeremy Sammut, Senior Research Fellow, and Director of the CIS Healthcare Innovations Program

  • Dr Andrew Sanderson, Royal Prince Alfred Hospital

  • Bruce Haefele, General Manager – Technology, Healthdirect Australia

  • Gaurav Sood, Founder & CEO, Human Innovation Lab

The teams will present their range of technology solutions at CIS during the Sunday of the weekend, and we are making that part of the project open for our members to attend.

We invite you to join us for this Sunday afternoon event and book through our website, Eventbrite or call (02) 9438 4377.

If you are interested in registering for the whole weekend as a participant please register here.
