High School Tech Workshop

During Kent State University's annual Fashion Tech Hackathon weekend, LaunchNET Kent State, Hacksu, and The Research Center for Educational Technology (RCET) will be hosting a tech workshop for high school students to teach website construction, Arduino use, 3D Modeling/VR and more. RCET: The overall mission of RCET is to serve as the University and College’s flagship center for research, policy, and practice related to cutting-edge technologies in teaching and learning. Such technologies have included 3D, mobile learning, online and blended learning, games and simulations, and virtual reality. Hacksu: Hacksu is a student organization at Kent State University focused on learning and utilizing contemporary web and mobile technologies. We are a very diverse community, spanning multiple majors from Fashion Design to Zoology and are open to students of any skill level. Everyone is welcome.
