Hult Mini Hackathon with Whitehall & Company

    You are invited to participate in the Hult Mini Hackathon with Whitehall & Company. This invitation is exclusive to Hult applicants that have completed their applications prior the event and current Hult students. 


    Whitehall & Company is a global management consulting firm that focuses on business and economic strategy, digital and operations management. 

    Luis Felipe Arango; The Managing Partner, Nauras Ilyas; The Director and  Ricardo Osorio; Associate, are all Hult MIB alumni. 


    In this Hackathon participants will be divided into small teams to come up with solutions to a real business case of one of their clients. Participants will receive a certificate of completion and networking opportunities with the employer. 


    This is also a great opportunity to meet with your future classmates and start building your network.


    Agenda:

    09.30 - Registration and light breakfast

    10.00 - Briefing with Whitehall & Company

    10.45 - Gather with your team in breakout rooms

    11.00 - Brainstorm and prepare a presentation with your team

    13.00 - Lunch

    14.00 - Pitch the idea to the company

    15.00 - Top 4 teams will present to other teams

    16.30 - Winner will be announced


    The Challenge:

    One of Whitehall & Company’s clients is a sports enthusiast local entrepreneur who wants to help people to live a healthy lifestyle. He created a Mobile Application listing fitness activities in the city with rates, membership options and a function to join activities. 


    The app has been developed and is in the testing stage. The next step is to take it into the market. The goal is to secure a market share measured by an active  user base of 2,500 people in the United Arab Emirates. 


    Your team will have two hours to brainstorm ideas, prepare a short presentation and pitch it to the company.
