Inviting innovators, creators, designers, coders to GovHack 2018 (Cairns)

GovHack is one of the largest hackathons in the world, brings together government, entrepreneurs, coders, designers, students and innovative thinkers to propose new ways government open data can be reused to provide benefits and services to the community by solving challenges set by the government.

The hackathon starts on Friday night, 7 September, when the competition categories are announced. Teams then use open data sets to find new ideas or ways to reuse the data to win prizes in national and local prize categories.  Teams work over the weekend and by Sunday 5pm you submit a team page, 3 minute video of their concept and any code/source materials.
