iUM Disrupt 2018

iUM Disrupt is an annual “Idea Incubator/Hackathon” organized by the students of University of Malaya. It serves as a platform for great minds for Undergraduate students in Malaysia to solve society's biggest problems.

Teams are given 24-hours to brainstorm and develop ideas into working Minimum Viable Products (MVP), which can be a App prototype or just a Powerpoint slide presentation.

The agenda includes a hands-on App prototyping workshop by NEXT Academy, a business model workshop by 1337 Ventures, and the art of pitching workshop by Ei Content Knowledge House as well as a startup entrepreneurship pitching session judged by a panel of industry experts including Cradle and Bosch.
