ABOUT IX Health 2017, Civic Health Tech Edition, will showcase new tech-enabled models that empower citizen and community health stakeholders with novel and breakthrough tech for more fluid, people-powered healthcare. Keynote speaker Adam Hecktman, Microsoft's Director of Civic Technology and Innovation - Chicago, will share his experiences digging into Chicago's biggest civic challenges using untapped data, including healthcare use cases.
