Kingston University Hackathon February 2018

You got the invite for Kingston University's forthcoming Hackthon event in February -great! 

Registration is open, so go ahead. If you need a little reminder about the event no problem.. here you

This is where the fun begins, there is more than one - we have three,  which we would like 6 teams x 6 members to hack. Each of the three challenges will have two teams assigned. Here's the thing, the FebHack crew, thought about it and decided you could be the person for job.... yes you (happy days right?)  

So, what you thinking? Fancy giving it a go - yes, come on why not! Oh and there is one minor thing we thought we would mention -details of the challenges will not be disclosed until the begnning of the Hackthon - told you it was minor; but we know you can handle that.

We're taking a guess that you are going to join us so we would like you 'save the date' and register to recieve further details.

Deadline for registration: 25 January  - Midnight - don’t delay, we only have limited places and you wouldn’t want to hear about it , when you could’ve been part of it!

Where?: Kingston University, Penryn Road Campus

Who else is attending?: Like-minded colleagues and peers like you; designers, coders, programmers, entrepreneurs who like to have fun,  be creative, step up to a challenge or should we  say 'challenges' and socialise 

So hat's happening?

Team allocations: w/c 25 January 

The Briefing session w/c 05 February 

The Hackathon:12 February  (start time TBA)  24 hours of non-stop fun, innovation, creativity and socialising

Pitch presentation and Prize Giving: 13 February - this is when you get to 'show-off'

4.00-4.45pm: The Pitch presentations 

4.45-5.30pm:  Judging and winners announced & prize giving

5.30-7.00pm : Networking  with nibbles

Each team member will receive:

The Winning Team: £200 worth of Love2Shop vouchers

1st runners up:£100  worth of Love2Shop vouchers

2nd runners up: £50 worth of Love2Shop voucher

All other participating teams:£20 worth of Love2Shop vouchers
