Launch Party - AgHack powered by Ministry of Data
Organized by
Are you an innovator, developer, data guru, designer, existing start up looking for their big break, or someone who is keen to use technology to solve problems in the agriculture industry?
AgHack aims to solve pre-validated agricultural problems sourced from two leading government agencies, the WA Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) and the Singaporean Government.
The problems that are being announced at the Launch Party are not isolated. They are faced by governments and enterprises globally! More promptly, the problems that will be announced are problems that both DPIRD and the Singaporean Government need solved now.
Your potential solution could be a good candidate for adoption and capitalisation - of course without guarantee. It may also have intriguing and attractive expansion avenues thanks to the MoD network.
Register now! It's fun and free.
// ABOUT THE AGHACK LAUNCH PARTY //
At the AgHack Launch Party, we will share problems from both agencies, and discuss the available data and potential solutions. You’ll also meet our government sponsors, the MoD team and other like-minded entrepreneurs.
We are sharing the problems early so you have the best chance of solving them when you attend the hackathon. This is your opportunity to ask questions of the problems presented and begin to think on what your potential solution may look like.
// WHAT IS MINISTRY OF DATA (MoD) //
Government agencies face problems that can be innovatively solved with the aid of technology. MoD bridges this gap and provides a platform for communication and collaboration between government agencies and the innovation ecosystem. MoD aims to empower innovators to conceive the tools and solutions for the advancement of public service and society.
