LYLAS Labs: Women @ Work Hackathon

LYLAS Labs is uniting with 100+ New Yorkers across industries on Saturday, October 12th  to develop solutions combating gender disparities in the workplace.  The day long hackathon will engage interdisciplinary teams to propose creative technical  solutions to the gender pay gap, workplace harassment, hiring for & fostering team diversity and inclusion, and benefits for the burden of care. All participants will be organized on teams than span skill set and include technical engineers from Flatiron School and an expert from our Subject Matter Sponsors. Participants will be invited to get to know their team and subject on the kickoff event on Friday, October 11th and put those ideas into a technical solution during the day long hackathon on October 12th.
