Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
Nope. Bring your ticket and come on in.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Don't bring anything that would get you kicked out of a movie theather.
Bring what you need to write software (laptop, power and charging cables, books, etc).
Will power and wifi be provided?
Absolutely. Bring your own charging cables, though. Also, while we'll do everything we can to make sure everyone has wireless connectivity, it never hurts to bring a network (Cat5) cable.
Will there be an after party?
Yes. We'll have a good old-fashioned lot party after the hack day with food trucks, beer and games.
What about food?
We're making plans to have breakfast snacks and dinner.
I have a food allergy/dietary constraint.
Cool. Make sure you indicate so on the survey when you register. If anything isn't covered on the survey, get in touch with us and we'll see what we can do for you.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes. It's a couple of floors up, accessible by elevator.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
info@nashvillecivichackday.tech for attendees, sponsors@nashvillecivichackday.tech for sponsors.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Yes. We're doing ticketing so we can keep a running headcount and plan accordingly, so we're not worried if someone else comes in your place.
