• 9:30 - 9:45 Opening remarks by organizers
• 9:45 - 10:30 Short introduction and discussion of the proposed topics
• 10:30 - 18:00 Hacking, making, analyzing, writing and all other forms of open data work
• 18:00 - 19:00 Debrief: projects share what they have accomplished and learned during that day, share next steps and commitments
• 19:00 - Networking
