OpenACC User Group Kick-off Meeting
Fernanda Foertter (ORNL), Guido Juckeland (HZDR, Germany) and Sunita Chandrasekaran (UDEL) in coordination with OpenACC President, Duncan Poole are creating an OpenACC User Group.
We will have our first kick-off meeting at Salt Lake City during SC16. Given your interests in OpenACC via workshops, papers, hackathons, we would like to invite you to attend this kick-off meeting.

- Soliciting scientific codes that can be ported to OpenACC
- Soliciting benchmark codes that can be used for stress testing hardware, contributing to SPEC ACCEL consoritum, https://www.spec.org/accel/
- User group playing a vital role in driving the OpenACC standard/specification
- Running hackathons and hands-on tutorials in our respective locations
- Running workshops co-located with major conferences like SC, ISC, IPDPS, PPoPP
- Running OpenACC booth at the upcoming SCs
