He holds a degree in Philosophy and Psychology from Keele University and entered the technology industry via an MSc in Knowledge Based Systems (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning) from the University of Sussex.  Laura Moniz de Aragão - SVP Global Sales, SmartUp.io Her passion is to drive growth in disruptive start up organisations as they look to secure future funding rounds right the way through to exit.She is a proven leader having performed as a Director of Enterprise Sales at Thomson Online Benefits. Richard Anton - Scale-up stage investor in B2B software companies, Oxx VC Prior to co-founding Oxx, Richard spent 18 years at Amadeus Capital, where he focused on B2B software investments in companies originating from the UK and Israel. Before joining Amadeus, Richard was in the TMT team at Apax Partners. In his early career he worked as a management consultant and a hands-on finance and business development executive, at software company Autonomy.
