    This 24-hours event connects experts & professional developers and juniors. Juniors are participants of our nine-month training program, where they have been developing coding and software development skills. Seniors, can you learn something from our passionate juniors?

    The person registered to this event expressly agrees that organizer of Social Hackathon 2019 is allowed to take pictures of his / her person. He / She acknowledges that such consent is free of charge. In addition, the person depicted here agrees that his/her image recordings can be used for the purpose of publication (including but not limited to: reporting, post-reporting, documentation, ...) in media (including but not limited to: newspapers, magazine, ...) or in electronic media (including but not limited to: TV, social media, website, online gallery, ...).

    To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian

    Any person or organization not affiliated with New Austrian Coding School may not use, copy, alter or modify New Austrian Coding School photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from New Austrian Coding School.

    ... feature any references of a sexual nature, explicit or suggestive, shall not be offensive, obscene, pornographic or violent or derogatory to any ethnic, racial, religious, professional or age group. They should not encourage any form of hate or group hate nor contain derogatory comments about New Austrian Coding School or its products or services, or other people, products or companies.

    ... advertise illegal drugs or firearms (or the use of either), or any activity that may convey unsafe, dangerous or political messages.

    ... present registered trademarks or logos owned by third parties or advertise or promote any brand or product of any kind.

    ... present any names, images, photographs or other evidence that identify any person, living or dead, without explicit authorization from them or their representatives.

    ... contain materials protected by copyright or property of third parties (including photographs, sculptures, paintings and other works of art or images published on websites or on television, movies or other media).

    During the event, participants shall act with the utmost courtesy and respect for all persons and entities involved in the event.

    Failure to comply with the terms and conditions provided for in this clause may result in, by the decision of the panel of judges, at its sole discretion, the exclusion of the participant and/or team from the (hackathon name) with no claim or appeal.

    The participation in the event implies knowledge and acceptance of the characteristics, limitations and risks of the internet network and the technologies which are linked to it, particularly in consideration of the performances, in response time, in the security of the software and the computer hardware towards diverse potential attacks such as virus, logic bomb or Trojan horse and in the loss or in diversion of data. As a consequence, the organizer cannot be held responsible, in any case for the damages caused to the Participant because of these accepted characteristics, limitations and risks.
