Sukkur IBA Hackathon 2015

Welcome to Hackathon 2015 weekend:

Sukkur Institute of Business Administration (Sukkur IBA) Pakathon Chapter in Collaboration with Higher Education Commission of Pakistan organizing Hackathon 2015. Three days workshop based event would help the students to build their prototypes from ideas, reshape ideas to projects and projects to successful ventures.

Venue:

EDC Training Hall, Sukkur IBA

NOTE:

Every Group is expected to bring laptops & other electronic gadgets that would help them to develop business plans & videos.

Schedule: Hackathon Weekend 2015

Day 1: Thursday, October 15, 2015 (Come up with your prototype idea)

• 3:00 PM: Welcome & Inauguration Speech by Director ORIC, Sukkur IBA

• 3:15 PM: Keynote Speech by Mr. Fazli Subhan - Manager ORIC, Malakand University, Pakistan

• 3:45 PM: Tea Break

• 4:00 PM: Brainstorming session with Mentors 

• 5:15 PM: Discuss Business Plan in detail

• 6:15 PM: Teams to Join Pakathon Forum

• 6:30 PM: Wrap-Up your work Have Good Working Night Ahead (DAY 1: Closing)

Day 2: Friday, October 16, 2015 (Come up with your Business Plan Draft)

• 3:00 PM: Marketing Plan Development & Discussion with Mentors

• 3:45 PM: Financial Plan Development & Discussion with Mentors

• 4:00 PM: Tea Break

• 4:45 PM: Teams to work on their projects along with respective mentors

• 7:00 PM: Day Closing (Work on Final Drafts & Get Ready Your Videos)

Day 3: Saturday, October 17, 2015 (Come up with Final Business Plans & Prepare Videos)

• 9:00 PM: Teams to start work on their Final Business Plan

• 1:00 PM: Lunch Break

• 2:00 PM: Teams to submit their material on Challengepost

• 3:00 PM: Judging Session

• 4:30 PM: Tea Break

• 5:00 PM: Results Announcement

• 5:45 PM: Closing Ceremony
