Building tech products for a people’s vote and a final say on Brexit
Tech For UK Mini-Hackathon & Meetup, with Best For Britain
Tech For UK produces tech products (such as FinalSay, MyEU, CompareTheBrexit) to lobby for a ‘People’s Vote’ on Brexit, with the option for the UK to remain and lead in the EU. We are working closely with Best for Britain, which is a non-political movement with no other aim other than to stop Brexit and allow Britain to retain and enhance its incredible position as a leader in the EU.
Tech For UK's letter to the Prime Minister on behalf of 1,000+ tech leaders has been covered by The Times, the BBC, MIT Technology Review, Forbes and The Guardian.
Join us at our regular Wednesday night "mini-hackathon" to produce tools and tech ideas for a 'Final Say' on Brexit.
Refreshments and pizza are provided!
Program:
• 6.30pm - doors open, hackathon begins.
* Attendees will be invited to our Slack channel prior to the event & encourage to join or propose projects *
• 8.30pm - Networking, drinks & pizza
• 9.30pm - Ends. You are invited to join us at nearby pub.
