The Inaugural #BroncosHack

    Are you an agent of change? The Brisbane Broncos, Advancing Regional Innovation Program (ARIP), in partnership with Ipswich City Council, invite you to participate in the #BroncosHack - the inaugural Broncos hackathon. The #BroncosHack is a collaborative competition that will bring together individuals with a range of relevant talents to discuss, brainstorm, and create an inventive solution. Innovation shapes the behaviour and demands of sports fans and the Brisbane Broncos want to proactively look at how they can support and improve challenges such as Fan engagement and Holistic Customer Journey.  PRIZES:  > Open box at the Suncorp Stadium for 10 mates with $500 worth of catering provided by the Broncos > Own your IP and a chance to work with the Broncos as your test subjects to develop your idea Note - This event is 18+ only event. Registration is now open to groups of up to 5 people or individuals with great ideas, passion and motivation to make it happen. Funds collected from the registration fee will be donated back to the community by awarding it to a local sporting club.  To successfully turn your ideas into a solution, you must address the following design and product aspects: > Innovation and Design Is the solution unique or relatively original in the target market? If there is a similar product of service on the market, does the solution clearly and meaningfully innovate beyond those existing product or service? Is the solution intuitive and will target-users find it user-friendly? > Design inclusively Is the user experience smooth? Does the solution consider diverse perspectives? > Practicality and feasibility  Does the solution address the core issue(s) of the hackathon challenge? Does it encourage collaborative thinking and engagement? > Tech Proficiency  Does the solution use of technology to cater for a range of individuals? Is the solution a comprehensive design? Or is it is part of a larger solution? Has the team considered the ongoing support costs and requirements of implementing the solution?
