The UNMAKING WORKSHOP

VANCOUVER TRASH LAB presents
UNMAKE:REIMAGINE:CREATE

UNMAKING is about deconstructing the material world
REIMAGINING is about changing narratives
CREATING is about, well.creating.

The Unmaking workshop is a three day upcycling hackathon. Were going to take things apart, consider all the parts and pieces, and have fun re-imagining their destiny, and then create something new, whatever form that takes. Bring that old thing you have been thinking of unmaking and remaking along, or we will have a library of objects to choose from. You will have access to basic tools, laser cutting machines and CNC routers, accompanied by industrial designers and makers to help you realize your vision! All skill levels welcome!

Lunch will be catered on Saturday and Sunday, by Vancouver's Famous First ZERO WASTE restaurant, LUPII CAFE. So make sure you bring your own coffee cup, bowl or plate and eating utensils! This is very important!!
