TheTechFest Presents Firefox Add-ons Hackathon

1+ million add-ons are downloaded and 250+ million add-ons are used everyday on Firefox browser alone.

A two full day Complete Training + Hackathon on building Browser Add-ons for Firefox and Beyond.

Prerequisites: Good Programming skills and basic knowledge on HTML, CSS and JS.

Day1:

Morning Session

* Introduction to Browser Add-ons in Practical sense

* Ideation thinking on Browser Add-ons

* Building two browser add-ons and Run it on Firefox browser

Afternoon Session

* Live coding on Browser addons

* Hackathon Starts

Day 2:

Morning Session:

* Hackathon Resumes

Afternoon Session:

* Publishing your browser Add-on to Global marketplace

* Demos and Declaring winners

* Prize distribution by TechFest

Timings:

10AM to 6PM on both days( You can work on your add-on from home on Day 1 evening :) )

Food won't be provided. You should get your own Food or There are a number of food stalls available at The TechFest.
