Ready to hack, Halifax?
We've been hungry for our next hackathon ever since the Global Game Jam in January, and this time we're open to anything: Hardware, software, games - if you can hack it, you can make it!
The Point
- Make something awesome
- Meet others in the dev/design/tech/startup community in Halifax
- Show off what you made and win a prize!
What's the schedule like?
Friday Night will kick off with mingling, introductions, idea pitching, and team formation.
Teams can either start developing their app on Friday night, or decide to start fresh Saturday morning.
Keep working on your hack until Sunday, when we'll have pitch-style judging and award the prizes!
Food and beverages will be provided throughout the event.
Prizes
We'll have more prize information to follow as the hackathon gets close, so look out for more soon! We'll have a classic 5 minute pitch style to judges for the top prizes.
