I would like to attend. What is the entrance fee?
If you register early, you can attend WHD.usa 2017 with special Advance Savings Rates. Until July 31st, the Standard Pass is only $124.00 – that’s 50% off! The VIP Pass is only $489.00 until July 31st and we will keep increasing the price until the day of the event. Our event partners can invite a limited number of guests to attend at no cost by using a special promotion code. You can contact any one of our partners listed on the WHD.usa site to inquire about getting a promo code that you can use.
What is included in Standard Pass?
Your Standard Pass includes access to the hosting.FAIR, all conference sessions, as well as premium catering during the event days for lunch, snacks, and coffee breaks. You probably won’t have to purchase a separate meal unless you want to.
What’s included in a VIP Pass?
The VIP Pass includes all benefits of Standard Pass, plus:

What kind of people will I meet?

Do I have to bring any registration confirmation to the event?
Yes, your registration confirmation will be required for name badge pick-up.
Can I update my registration information?
Please send an email to info@worldhostingdays.com with company or spelling error corrections and we will be happy to assist.
I am already registered but I have now received a VIP code … can I upgrade to VIP?
Yes, please contact us at info@worldhostingdays.com and we will take care of it.
Will I receive the event documentation before the event?
No. At WHD.usa all attendees pick up their badges and other documentation at the registration desk located at the main entrance.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
We encourage you to stay at our host hotel, the Tropicana Hotel, so that you're close to the action of the conference and can make the most of your time at the event.

When should I plan to arrive?
As a WHD.usa attendee you should plan to arrive in Las Vegas on September 10th to ensure that you have time to rest before the conference begins on September 11th at 9 AM.
