    We invite you to join the Women Who Code Galvanizing for Good Celebration this #GivingTuesday!  What to expect: A night of fun, networking, food, and cocktails all under the banner of supporting Women Who Code and the 80,000 we serve Attire: Feel free to dress up. Timeline:   6:00PM: Doors open for guests 7:00PM: Welcome from WWCode  10:00 PM: You don't have to go home, but you can't stay here.  Why Women Who Code (WWCode)?  WWCode Matters to Women.WWCode supports women in their technical careers every step up the way with over 1,500+ free events, conferences, trainings, and hackathons around the world. 80% of all WWCode members relayed Women Who Code has supported them in their careers. WWCode Matters to the Tech Industry.We know diverse teams perform better by increasing the collective intelligence of a group. Every industry is tech now and as such share a role in shaping the technology we use. Also companies with the highest representation of women leadership see a 34% higher ROI than those with few or no women. It's not only the right thing to do to support women in tech; it helps the bottom line. WWCode Matters to the World.Women Who Code is in 20+ countries and supports over 80,000 women aroundthe world. We hear stories every day of career and life trajectories changing course due to women learning technical skills from our programs. They also make more. Software development is one of the fastest growing job sectors in the world economy and is projected to grow by 23%. These careers pay 42% higher than other jobs. When women make more, they reinvest 90% of their income back into their families and communities, thus creating a virtuous cycle or multiplier effect for supporting women to earn more overall.
