The rise and fast growth of artificial intelligence might be biggest disruption in digital business that we have seen over the last decades. We want to unleash the potential of theses new possibilities and technologies for the media and music business. Together with you we want to explore the future of AI and help concepts to come to reality within 24 hours of extended hacking. Three challenges await you and registration will open soon.

Started by the French Space Agency (CNES) four years ago and now taking place in 60 cities across five continent this exciting global space event is coming to New Zealand for the first time, and it’s looking for Kiwis with a passion for space, data and startups to pitch new ideas. The event, ActInSpace®, is a 24-hour hackathon in Christchurch on the 25th and 26th of May, hosted by the Centre for Space Science Technology (CSST) and the New Zealand Space Agency.

In an effort to create awareness of the challenges in CNMI, and with the support of IBM Watson Group and three states, HCR Consulting is experimenting with a Pop-Up Hackathon to connect communities with each other. The Student-to-Student collaboration will foster knowledge -sharing around the workforce development challenges states and territories are currently facing and provide solutions where we may leverage AI and other disruptive technologies to augment our workforce to be more efficient.

Participants are invited to develop apps using at least one dataset produced by the EU institutions or agencies, available on the EU Open Data Portal.
